Hello and Welcome! My name is Kim and I am the proud owner of The Chocolate Box in the heart of Hawthorne as well as a Nurse Practitioner. Over the years I’ve been blessed with the opportunity to pursue my two greatest passions... Improving the health, well-being and lives of the people I care for along with the ability to create special gourmet chocolate treats that can put a smile on anyone’s face.
As I am presently on the front lines helping battle Covid-19, I would like to continue bringing much needed enjoyment to my family of loyal customers.

Our candy store is fully stocked with chocolates that are handcrafted using our special blend of the best ingredients that can be found from around the world. Our delicious chocolates are available in a variety of types. We offer fresh dipped chocolate covered strawberries daily

Orders can be placed online, via email, Facebook Messenger, Instagram IM, and Venmo. Order must include name, phone number, product of choice, pick up or delivery, date and time of choice.
All orders placed will receive a confirmation response of order and pick up or delivery within 2 hrs during operating hrs.
Please note, my shop adheres to the strictest standards of cleanliness and exceeds CDC guidelines. Currently we are allowing customers inside the store and ask unvaccinated customers to wear a mask. It is my sincere hope that all of my customers stay safe! I thank you for your patience and for your loyal patronage.
